H.264 / MPEG-4:

Our in-house H.264 codec provides bandwidth savings of up to 30% compared with MPEG-4 video at equal and superior levels of picture quality. This is due to our knowledge and experience in transmitting high quality video streams through the limited bandwidths of existing IP, Satellite and mobile networks Our DSP based hardware platform is entirely upgradeable allowing you to benefit from the latest technological advances for years to come without needing to invest in new equipment.

Standards and Interoperability:

ATEME products are ISO 14496-2 and 14496-10 (H.264/MPEG-4 AVC) compliant.

DNA (Dynamic Network Adaptation):

This exclusive ATEME technology brings additional performance gains by reducing storage and maintenance costs. Our Constant Video Quality (CVQ) feature can greatly reduce network loads while maintaining an optimal level of picture quality. Variable Frame Rate (VFR) can radically reduce network bandwidth requirements during periods of low activity.
